New York Fashion Week's most exciting runway moment is officially upon us. Contrary to popular belief, it has nothing to do with Kanye West. On Saturday night, 5-year-old designer (yes, really) Savannah Smith debuted a collection during Small Boutique Fashion Week, a runway show that gives emerging designers and small businesses an opportunity to display their collections to boutiques.Even more impressive than the fact that a 5-year-old put on a fashion show are the models Savannah had walking the runway.
