Claudia Gadelha, Jessica Aguilar, Patrick Cummins to Miss Big Time After UFC 190

Several fightersincluding some winnersare facing lengthy medical suspensions following UFC 190, held Saturday in Rio de Janeiro.Brazil's athletic commission overseeing MMA, CABMMA, released the full list of suspensions Monday, according to a report from MMA Junkie.In the pay-per-view opener, Claudia Gadelha defeated the debuting Jessica Aguilar in a bout that probably determined the next title challenger in the UFC women's strawweight division. Gadelha defeated Aguilar by decision, but both suffered injury setbacks as a result of the bout; each faces a 180-day suspension (Gadelha for her hand, Aguilar for her nose) unless she is medically cleared beforehand.That means a rematch between Gadelha and champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk could be six months, or even further, away.Patrick Cummins bested Rafael Cavalcante at UFC 190 for arguably the biggest win of his career.
