Allen Iverson Tells TMZ It'd Be a Dream to Play with Kobe Bryant in BIG3 League

Allen Iverson and Kobe Bryant were adversaries in the NBA for over a decade, but The Answer would be more than open to suiting up alongside Bryant in Ice Cube's BIG 3 league.Iverson acknowledged, however, in an interview with TMZ Sports the chances Bryant takes part in the event are slim:Iverson is among a handful of former NBA stars who signed up for the three-on-three competition. Jermaine O'Neal, Chauncey Billups and Stephen Jackson are some of the other marquee names who threw their hat into the ring.While it will almost certainly never happen, the idea of Iverson and Bryant trying to share one basketball is an entertaining thought.During their respective primes, the two were high-volume scorers who rarely earned plaudits for their teamwork. According to Basketball-Reference.com, Bryant and Iverson sit fourth (31.85) and fifth (31.83) all time in usage rate.One can only imagine the struggle between Iverson and Bryant to determine who would take the final shot to win a game.Unless Bryant decides to come out of his self-imposed exile from the court, basketball fans will have content themselves with games of NBA 2K to witness Bryant and Iverson on the same side.
