A serial entrepreneur and Information and Communication Technology expert, Dr. Leo Stan Ekeh, has said the Federal Government's executive order mandating ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) of government to at least make 40 per preference for Made-in-Nigeria goods in their procurement spend will add the needed fillip to the growth of the ICT industry. The order, which was signed by Acting President Yemi Osinbajo last week, dwells mostly on the preference for indigenous goods and services as well as the removal of bureaucracies, which stall businesses.
