The issue of restructuring the Nigerian polity has always been a recurring decimal.For me I believe it has to do with the leadership of the country, not just the present leadership but also the past ones in the country. The issues of restructuring and marginalisation all stem from leadership failure. If the people are comfortable with the leadership of the country no matter where the president is from this issue of restructuring will be reduced to the barest minimum.
