<img src="https://www.lindaikejisblog.com/photos/shares/abia_1754335274.png">The Abia State Police Command has arrested the machete-wielding man threatening residents in Umuahia.It was gathered that the suspect was roaming along major roads with a machete and chasing passersby, forcing many to scamper to safety.The arrest followed a public outcry after a video of the man's aggressive behaviour went viral.The spokesperson of the command, DSP Maureen Chinaka, who confirmed the arrest on Monday, August 4, said the man is suspected to be of unsound mind.The Abia State Police Command was alerted about a young man, suspected to be of unsound mind, seen roaming the streets in Umuahia with a machete.
