Bandits k!ll bank staff, abduct another in Zamfara

<img src="https://www.lindaikejisblog.com/photos/shares/cover6_1754390858.jpg">Armed bandits have k!lled a staff member of Union Bank and abducted another along the GusauFuntua highway in Tsafe Local Government Area of Zamfara State.The incident occurred at about 2:40 p.m. on Monday, August 4, 2025 at Kucheri village when the bandits opened fire on a GAC SUG vehicle with registration number BDG 251 HZ, which was in motion.According to security analyst, Zagazola Makama, the vehicle was conveying two bank staff identified as Zakari Leo, the regional manager of Union Bank Plc, and Muhammad Sani Suleman, both attached to the Yakubu Gowon Way branch of the bank in Kaduna State.A team of security forces were swiftly mobilized to the scene.
