Starcomms, Starscriber offer subscribers PCM solution

A leading Code Division Multiple Access telecoms firm in Nigeria, Starcomms Plc, in partnership with Starscriber Corporation, a United States-based intellectual property and telecoms firm, is now offering the Please call me service to subscribers.The Chief Executive Officer, Starcomms, Mr. Loga Pather, said on Monday that the service would enable subscribers to send free enhanced PCM messages to other Starcomms mobiles as well as to other network subscribers.He noted that it would also allow mobile users, with and without credit, to quickly and easily request call backs, adding that consumers only needed to place a call and then end it immediately to use the service.This, according to him, removes the need for consumers to memorise or input complicated dialling sequences on their mobile phones.Commenting on the new solution, Pather, said, "We are proud to be the first operator in Nigeria to offer enhanced Please call me services from Starscriber.
