I can make Falcons fly again

FORMER Super Falcons skipper, Florence Omagbemi, has expressed her readiness to help restore the lost glories of the Super Falcons if she is appointed as head coach of the team.In a telephone chat with Tribunesports from her base in USA, she said that 'she believes that with the right attitude the team can emulate the side that won the African Women Championship title back to back from 1998 to 2002.''With the right approach, the Falcons will surpass the team that won the AWC title back to back which I was part of it.'It is high time to let soccer loving Nigerian knew that the Super Falcons could play interesting games and win laurels.'Omagbemi also pro-mised to scout for talents to replace the ageing ones as the team for the future.'I'm going back to the grassroots to bring raw and interesting talents to replace the ageing ones in the team, knowing fully well that I was picked from the streets to wear the national colours. I am going to do the same," she added.
