Ballack hopes for win over Chelsea

BAYER Leverkusen midfielder Michael Ballack is hoping his side can extend its 100 per cent home record in the Champions League this season when it faces Chelsea at the BayArena today.Leverkusen is currently sitting in second place in Group E, a point clear of Valencia and two points behind his former English club, and the 35-year-old told Goal.com Germany that he is eager for his team to keep up their good home form."It is very important that we don't stop here," he said. "We are in a good position, but nothing is decided yet and anything can happen. We won our first two home games, we want to keep that up on Wednesday(today)."This is a very important game for us, with regards to where we go in the next few weeks. We want and need to score points."Meanwhile Ballack admitted that he thoroughly enjoyed his time in the Premier League with the west London club."As a footballer, I learned a lot personally. It was a great time in London.
