Onikoyi lauds tenure extention for council boss

Traditional rulers in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State, have hailed the extension of tenure of the council's transition committee chairman, Mr John Bamgboye.A release signed by the chairman of the council and the Onikoyi of Ikoyi-Ile, Oba Abdul-Yekeen Ayinla Oladipo IV, stated that Mr Bamgboye's track record of achievements coupled with his respect for the traditional institution endeared him to the royal fathers.'We are happy at the extension of his tenure. He is doing very well and we are all proud of him,' the release stated.Oba Ayinla enjoined the residents of the council area to continue to support the policies and programmes of the chairman in order to reap dividends of democracy.
