Benue guber tribunal: How far can Suswam's opponents go

The governorship tussle continues in Benue State. The Supreme Court has ordered a retrial of the petition filed by the governorship candidate of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), Professor Steve Torkuma Ugba, challenging the election of incumbent Governor, Gabriel Suswam. Earlier, the election petition Triburnal in Makurdi dismissed the petition filed by ACN saying it lacks the jurisdiction to entertain the case of certificate forgery which Ugba lodged.
