Who approved Nigeria's membership of Islamic group for CBN

WHO approved Nigeria's membership of the International Islamic Liquidity Management Corporation (IILM) for the Malam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi-led Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)' Is it the Presidency, led by President Goodluck Jonathan, or the National Assembly' These are questions waiting for answers now, as contrary to the position of some CBN bigwigs that they were not aware of Nigeria's membership of the newly-formed organization, the Nigerian Compass on Saturday, can authoritatively confirm that the country is, indeed, a member of the organsiation.
