Finalists emerge in Peak Talent competition

Twelve top acts from 24 national finalists have progressed to the Peak Talent House for weekly eviction and elimination shows.In the Peak Talent House, the acts will receive professional coaching to help them compete in the weekly elimination shows.According to a statement from Peak, the finalists are Joseph Shortcut (Comedian), Plus One (Dance rappers), Edache Immculate (Singer), Chima John (Rapper), Jane Francis Amadi (Rapper), Bernard John (Violinist), Marvellous Osunbor (Rapper), Ejiro Elvis (Singer), Phina Isiave (Singer), Simon Ikechukwu (Singer), Victoria Bassey (Singer) and Jeremiah Olaleke (Drummer)It said, Based on their performances, a combination of judges and viewers SMS voting will decide who stays in the Peak Talent House.There will be five elimination shows leaving the final three acts that will compete at the grand finale in December from where the star prize winner will emerge.Peak said that judging criteria would be based on stage presence, entertainment value, talent, and ultimately true potentials.Prior to the selection of the 24 finalists, auditions had been concluded in 11 cities around Nigeria.The cities are Abuja, Makurdi, Enugu, Owerri, Benin, Asaba, Calabar, Uyo, Akure, Ibadan and Lagos.
