...Udoh calls for calm

Stand-in captain of the Nigeria U-23 side, Kingsley Udoh, has appealed to Nigerians to put the defeat to Morocco behind them, promising that the team would bounce back in their next game against Senegal.Udoh who was the heart of the Olympic Eagles defence line lasted only three minutes on the pitch after landing awkwardly on his right foot from an aerial contest.He said, "The match was very painful and heartbreaking because we let Nigerians down. But we believe that since its the first game we lost, we can prepare for the second game against Senegal and cross the hurdles ahead." While assuring fans that the Olympic Eagles will come out with a positive result against Senegal, the former heartland of Owerri defender called on Nigerians to pray for his speedy recovery.
