Dream Team in make or mar game

NIGERIA's Dream Team will today at the Grand Stade de Tangier, Morocco take on their Senegalese counterparts in a make or mar encounter, just as the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has named Tunisian referee, Jedidi Slim as centre referee for the match.The Austin Eguavoean led team on Saturady lost its first match against the host country, Morocco by a lone goal thus putting them in a tight situation in the CAF U-23 Championship.As a result of the defeat, the Dream Team needs to post a victory in today's match to keep the country's hope of qualifying for the football event of next year's London Olympics alive, and the team coach Augustine Eguavoean has expressed hope that his wards are ready to fight to clinch one of the three slots available without going through a play off against an Asian country for the final qualification.For the Dream Team to remain in contention, they will have to convert their scoring chances wasted in their last match to secure victory against Senegal which lost their opening game 0-1 against Algeria on Sunday.The Tunisian referee Slim will be assisted by Jason Damoo(Seychelles) and Hmila Anouar(Tunisia) with Kirwa Sylvester(Kenya )as the reserve referee in the match slated for 9.30pm Nigerian time.
