More winners emerge in Ecobank promo

As part of its strategic plan to promote savings culture among Nigerians, Ecobank Nigeria Plc has announced winners in the third draw of its salary domiciliation promo.According to a statement by the bank, the star prize winner, Anzah Elisha Yakubu, a customer of Ecobank Kaduna, won a brand new Kia Soul. A statement by the bank quoted the Head, Assets and Liabilities Products, Ecobank Nigeria, Mrs. Nike Kolawole, as saying, "The three-month salary account promo is to enable workers win from a multiple of instant gifts, as they open their salary account with the bank, among other gifts."The Pan-African banking network is one bank that is committed to the African dream. We integrate and support the economic growth of Africa, we started in West Africa, then spread to the east and now we are in 33 countries and still counting."Listing the benefits of the promo, Kolawole said, the workers who embraced the promo by opening their accounts with the bank would automatically be eligible and could access the banks assets loan, which included salary loans, car loans and mortgage loans.She added that the bank would continue to expand its product portfolio, which currently included current accounts, savings accounts, cards, regional remittances, consumer finance, loans and advances, investment banking and assets management.The statement also quoted the Head, Consumer Protection Council, Lagos, Mrs. Ngozika Obidike as saying, "We have ensured that consumers interests receive due consideration during the draws; it is a transparent exercise."The salary domiciliation promo, which started in July has produced 90 Blackberry phone winners and three star prize winners of Kia Soul.
