I had no contract with NFF before going to Morocco - Eguavoen

CHIEF Coach of the Dream Team,, Austin Eguavoen, has revealed that his contract with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), expired before he led the team to the CAF-organised U-23 Championship in Morocco.Eguavoen speaking with journalists in Lagos yesterday on arrival from Morocco stated that his letter of resignation to the nation's soccer ruling body was based on principle.'I didn't want to disappoint Nigerians and that was why I took the challenge of leading the team to Morocco. I take responsibility for the team's failure, but my contract with the NFF has actually expired before this championship,' said the man who coached the Super Eagles to win the bronze at the 2006 Nations Cup.
