Firm invests in technology to improve production

The Chief Operating Officer, Classic Beverages Nigeria Limited, Mr. Prahlad Gangadharan, has said that the company, makers of La Casera, has invested heavily in technology to improve production.Speaking during the regional inauguration of the new Ice Feel bottle for La Casera and the continuation of CBNL 10th anniversary in Port Harcourt, on Wednesday, Gangahharan, said the company recently acquired the latest production line for La Casera.The new facility, according to him, is one of the best in the world, adding that there are only two of such equipment in the whole of the African continent, one in Nigeria and the other in South Africa.Gangadharan disclosed that holding the 10th anniversary with key distributors and dealers from Port Harcourt and neighbouring states, was the companys way of demonstrating how valuable the trade partners were to the business." We are here in Port Harcourt today to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of La Casera and there is no better way to celebrate this other than with you our esteemed trade partners because without your resilience and commitment, we will not be where we are today, we are indeed very proud toassociate with you," he said.Gangadharan described that the new Ice Feel bottle for La Casera as a trail blazer and another remarkable milestone in the CSD sector in Nigeria having pioneered the PET bottle in 2001.He noted that the company was committed to providing world- class product to its consumers, adding that that was why it continued to invest heavily in technology to improve production.Gangadharan also added that CBNL had been giving back to the society by supporting various public functions and events in different ways.He noted that the Miss La Casera pageant, which started five years ago was a notable platform through which the company was reaching out and giving back to the societyThe Marketing Manager of the company, Mr. Benson Abraham, added that the celebration of the 10th Anniversary for La Casera was a year long celebration with series of thrilling activities lined up for all the stakeholders including the trade partners as well as consumers.The Regional Sales Manager (East), CBNL, Mr. Sunil Singh, commended the trade partners for their patronage and loyalty to the brand over the last ten years.
