2012: Workshop For Business Executives Holds In Lagos

AS businesses project into the coming year, a workshop designed to help chief executives and top management appraise factors that are critical to their success and retool for the task ahead has been slated for Tuesday December 13, 2011, in Lagos.The workshop being put together by Redwood Academy for ManagingDirectors/Marketing Directors, Chief Operating Officers, Client Service/Strategic Planning Directors, and Business Heads, among others,would look at trends and changes in the Nigerian Political, Economic, Social, Technological and Legal environment with potentialimpact on business objectives and deliverables in 2012.According to the organisers of the workshop, topic for discussion will include Understanding current Change Drivers, Macro environmental forces and their major impact on business and General business trends in Nigeria and outlook for 2012. Others are Break down of political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal frameworks for Nigeria in 2012 and the implication of the identified factors on businesses (B2C ' Service/FMCG, B2B, B2B2C).Hannah Oyebanjo, former Marketing Director of GSK and Principal Partner Redwood Consulting, noted that the workshop would be facilitated bydistinguished faculties, at the end of which participants would have been imbibed knowledge on facts to help sharpen internal business strategy inaddition to other inputs for business growth in 2012.
