Nero Academy wins Ghana challenge

NERO Soccer Academy last weekend won the first edition of a three-day invitational tournament organised by African Sports Management (ASM) in Accra, Ghana.Nero which played in front of scouts from Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Napoli among others, during the competition showed their worth to win the title.They played against team from Ghana, Morocco, Senegal to claim their first major trophy.Speaking with Tribunesports on their arrival, Nero soccer Academy Agent, Ojo Omamomo Paul said, the players really impressed and also convinced everybody that ''Nigeria still has stars that can beat their world.'The Spectators applauded the players' skills and the potential in their football.The tourney was witnessed by scouts and sporting directors of a selection of clubs from major European leagues.According to the team coach, he said the chairman of the academy, Ayotunde Omolola Samuel will host the players next week for a job well done.
