We'll make Iwude festival tourists' delight

COUNTDOWN to Iwude Ijesa Festival 2011,the marketing consultant, New Day Nigerian Limited, has continued to invent newer way to add value and glamour to the event.Speaking to journalists in Ibadan, recently, the Chief Executive Officer New Day Nigeria Limited, Prince Adeoye Aderinwale, said that rescheduling the festival from the initial date to December 17 to 24, 2011), was to put in place logistics and arrangement to host foreign delegates and Ijesa in the Diaspora, who have signified interest to attend the event.'We have introduced different innovation to the event for everyone to enjoy the sight and sound of the culture, and hospitality of the Ijesa people.'Also, we are, making sure that despite the ages and social classes of the visitors and tourist coming for the Iwude festival, they must have one or two things to identify with at the event.'Aderinwale noted that the corporate sponsorship of the event, which is one of the most important areas, has been sealed with MTN with other brand sponsors to give the festival a first class celebration'Already, the Ijesaland is in festive mood with ongoing preliminary events to usher in the event proper.'The festival is going to be home favoured for sons and daughters of Ijesaland who have made names in the music industry who will be joined by other internationally acclaimed Nigerian artistes to entertain spectators during the Iwude Ijesa Festival,' Aderinwale added.
