Mark to Jonathan: Fulfil your budget promises

SENATE President David Mark yesterday advised President Goodluck Jonathan to ensure the comprehensive implementation of the 2012 Budget to the letter.Mark, who said this during his opening address to the joint session of the National Assembly on the presentation of the 2012 Budget proposal by the President, said Nigeria has all it takes to be a great nation or a world power.The Senate President, who is also the Chairman of the National Assembly, bemoaned past promises made on failed economic policies and capital projects which were supposed to benefit Nigerians but not implemented.
