The continuous bickering over passenger service charge (PSC) at MMA2 may not be going down well with the operators, Sade Williams writes.Last week, Stella Oduah, aviation minister, explained why the introduction of N2, 500 Passenger Service Charge (PSC) by Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL) at the Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal Two (MMA2) was reverted to N1, 000.
