Eulogies as Alex Ibru is buried

The Publisher of the Guardian Newspapers, Dr Alex Ibru, was yesterday committed to mother earth in a grand style at his country home, Agbarha-Otor, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.The body had left the 'Ibru Ecumenical Centre' at about 9:45am in a motorcade and had a brief stop-over at his father's residence near the Ibru Centre, from there it was taken in a motor ride to the All Saint Cathedral Church, Iwhreko Street, Ughelli for a funeral service.After the service, the body was moved by undertakers to the Ibru Ecumenical Centre in Agbarha-Otor where the publisher was interred in a tomb said to have been dug some years ago.
