Mancini eyes new City contract

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has revealed the club have yet to open talks with him about a new contract.Mancinis current deal at the Etihad Stadium is due to expire in the summer of 2013, after joining the club two years ago following the controversial sacking of Mark Hughes.In that time the 47-year-old has helped guide the club to Champions League qualification and FA Cup success, with this season seeing City set the pace in the Premier League.There have been disappointments too - with the early exit from Europes premier club competition this season a blow - but Mancini insists he has no concerns about his long-term future at the club as he enters the final 18 months of his deal.There are no talks. And I dont know if we will start talks in January, Mancini told the Daily Star. But I have another year from the summer.There are no problems and Im not worried about it.Meanwhile, Mancini has confirmed that both Wayne Bridge and Nedum Onuoha will be allowed to leave the club in January - as long as City are offered a fair price.
