Sweet songs for Classic Beverages at 10

CLASSIC Beverages, makers of Lacasera soft drink, recently marked its 10th year in Nigeria with the unveiling of a new bottle for its drinks and the anniversary logo.At an event that paraded all its stakeholders, the company rolled out drums to celebrate its phenomenal rise within ten years of operations in Nigeria.The Chief Operating Officer of the company, Mr. Prahlad Gangadharam, at the launch of the new logo and the bottle recalled how the firm started in 2001 with monthly production of ten thousand bottles of drinks, which has risen to over 2 millions now.Listing some of the achievements the company has recorded over the years, Gangadharam thanked the consumers and all its stakeholders for the support and commitment, noting, 'Without your support, it would have been difficult achieving these results.'According to him, the most pride the company cherishes 'is winning the hearts of the stakeholders who have challenged us to raise the bar,' just as he promised better products and services delivery in coming years.In her remarks, the Lagos State Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Mrs. Olusola Owuru said that the state government is committed to helping companies achieve their goals and do what they know how best to do.This, she said, was why the state government is investing so much in infrastructural development across the state with the aim of creating enabling environment for businesses to thrive.The commissioner, who unveiled the new logo, thanked Classic Beverages for locating its factory in Lagos, urging them to expand and open up its business to the neighbouring West African countries.She promised that the state government would be willing to partner with the company in order to further realize its set objectives.
