Tinubu, Fashola to make N506b from Lekki toll fees

TWENTY-FOUR hours after tens of them were molested and brutalised by policemen and some thugs suspected to have been hired by the Lagos State Government, residents of Lekki yesterday vowed to resist the imposition of toll fees on them by Governor Babatunde Fashola and former Governor Bola Tinubu.To them, Fashola and Tinubu were determined to exploit them through the tolling system, 'when we can not feel the impact of government in our area'.They said it was unfortunate that on a project that N50 billion was allegedly spent, Tinubu and Fashola are targetting N506 billion.
