Eagles to line up against FRSC

The first test match for home-based Super Eagles will hold on Friday (today) at the training pitch of the National Stadium in Abuja against National Division One side, Federal Road Safety Commission.Assistant coach, Daniel Amokachi, who took charge on Thursday while Stephen Keshi was away in Ghana, said the game will kick off at 8am. It is one in a series of games designed to test the readiness of the team for the challenges ahead.Amokachi expressed happiness at the response of the players to training, noting that in the past four days, performance in camp had improved from a lowly level of 30 to 90 per cent.No indication has yet emerged about when the first set of players will be asked to leave camp.
