Govs meet over security

GOVERNORS, under the aegis of the Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF), were, at press time, holding an emergency meeting in Abuja.It was learnt that the meeting was called to discuss the state of security in the land, ahead of the April 2 election.A source said the NGF was concerned at the spate of violence that had characterised the 2011 campaign train so far, while the governors were said to have been inundated with reports of threat of violence in states of the federation and were said to have called the meeting to compare notes.
