Theology Students Honour Izeze

IN recognition of his active role in the propagation of Christian faith through the media, Managing Director of The Guardian, Mr. Emeka Izeze, has been given an award by The Students Press Club of the West Africa Theology Seminary (WATS).Presenting the award at the group's national intern-seminary symposium and award ceremony held recently in Lagos, the president, Rev. Temple Okoronkwo described Izeze as shining light of the Christian faith worthy of emulation.Izeze, who was represented by The Guardian Training Editor, thanked WATS for the award, and said: ' A very important part of the solution of the crises inhabiting national development in the country is the restructuring of the country's wealth distribution pattern to ensure that communities that produce wealth benefit sufficiently from their God-given resource.'Meanwhile, WATS has concluded its Christmas carol during which the message 'Crown Him and worship Him' was dramatized.
