Buhari on bomb attacks

Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buharis comment that incompetent leadership is responsible for the spate of terrorist attacks on innocent citizens across the country is grossly unfortunate. Terrorism is a global challenge. The horrendous and callous attack on innocent citizens on Christmas day is a national tragedy which should attract the condemnation of all responsible citizens. I am ashamed that Buhari once again chose the occasion to expose his political frustrations and warped idea on responsible leadership. Can the search for competent leaders in Nigeria be achieved by the mindless killings of innocent citizens' Are the victims of these bomb attacks responsible for the enthronement of incompetent leaders in Nigeria' Is Buhari himself a competent leader' If he is, what proposal has he offered as solution to the spate of these senseless killings' Why did we have to queue endlessly to buy ordinary items like milk, rice and sugar during Buharis tenure as head of state' It is gradually becoming clear to all wary Nigerians that Boko Haram is indeed the handiwork of those who want to portray president Jonathan as an incompetent leader.
