Decongestion exercise fast tracking goods clearance at port

Moves NIPP containers to Ikorodu Due to the effort of Federal Government Presidential Performance Monitoring & Evaluation Committee to decongest the port of 4400 overtime cargos as directed by government, there are indications that importers will soon heave a sigh of relief.The decongestion exercise is expected to remove all the bottlenecks causing delay of cargo clearance at the port and open up spaces for terminal operators to drop laden containers for customs officers to carry out easy and fast clearance of goods.
