Ebiraland honours eminent indigenes

THE image-maker of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Alhaji Abubakar Jimoh and some other prominent indigenes of Ebiraland in Kogi State have been conferred with merit awards for distinguishing themselves in various fields of human endeavours.Jimoh, who is deputy director and head of Public Relations and Protocol Unit of NAFDAC; the Director of Personnel Services at the National Assembly, Mohammed Umaru; former Sole Administrator of Okene Local Council, Rowland Bello and Ebiraland's first female professor of accountancy, Mrs. Janet Ande of the University of Jos, were given the award and honoured by the Ebira Youth Congress (EYC) at its yearly conference held in Okene, Kogi State.
