Best formation is winning - Siasia

VICTORIOUS coach of the Super Eagles, Samson Siasia has said that the formation  his team adopted against the Walya Antelopes of  Ethiopia during Sundays Nations Cup tie was the winning formation.Siasia made this known during an interview with Tribunesports in Abuja on Monday.The new Eagles coach noted that the mentality of the team was geared towards winning adding that any other formation was just technical.No doubt, people have asked me what kind of formation the team played against the Ethiopians. I have equally been told that we did not play well in the midfield, but I want to tell you that we scored four goals, is that not a thing of joy Three points to the kitty What if we had lost! As for me, my best formation is winning the match and we did just that. So if you ask me what kind of formation I used, the answer is winning formation, Siasia said with confidence.The ex-international stated further that the team would continue to improve game after game adding that it was all about winning one game at a time. The team is a mixture of experience and youth and this we intend to keep up, Siasia noted.
