Dream Team to face F/Eagles in PH

THE Nigerias U-23 team, Dream Team V, will on Tuesday clash with the National U-20 team, the Flying Eagles in Port Harcourt.The game is meant to help Coach Austin Eguavoen test his players ahead of the 2012 London Olympic return leg qualifier against Equatorial Guinea billed for Malabo on April 10.According to the Olympic teams Media Officer, Arafat Aliu, the warm up match would also serve as dress rehearsal for the Flying Eagles who are due for South Africa for the Africa Youth Championship (AYC).Meanwhile, Coach Eguavoen has confirmed that the U-23 team willmaintain its Benin camp but will not use the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium for training as the game in Malabo would be played on natural turf.We will remain in Benin but we will now train either at the University of Benin pitch or Edokpolor Grammar School.The Dream Team will depart Lagos on Wednesday, April 6 for Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
