Madalla blast: N'Delta group warns Boko Haram

A group, the Niger Delta Intellectual Council for Good Governance, has directed all Niger Deltans to be at alert and prepared to defend themselves next year.The NDICGG said it had advised Niger Deltans to listen to the instructions of the Christian leaders under the aegis of Christian Association of Nigeria led by Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor.The group, in a statement issued by its president, Mr. Afoke Okporua, in Abuja, said, "In view of the unwarranted attacks on Christians, I am pleased to inform you that the leadership of Niger Delta Intellectual Council for Good Governance has advised you to listen to the Christian leaders. Be at alert and prepare to defend yourselves in 2012."We want the so-called Boko Haram to know that the footprints of a tiger or an antelope are not equal. It is either they come out with plain demands or they stop this madness."
