Agboola inaugurates new projects in Saki West

FORMER Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in Oyo State and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) senatorial candidate for Oyo North federal constituency, Chief Hosea Ayoola Agboola, has inaugurated a number of projects exeucted by Saki West Local Government.Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of one of the projects, the former commissioner enjoined other council chairmen to emulate the developmental drive of the caretaker committee chairman of the local government, Alhaji Nasiru Banji Salami.He said he was surprised that the council chairman could have attained such feat within a few months of his assumption of office.Chief Agboola urged the benefitting communities to guide the projects from vandals, because of governments huge investment on them.In his own address, the council chairman, Alhaji Salami, assured the people of more dividends of democracy.He pledged to work tirelessly to meet their expectations by embarking on masses-oriented projects across the council area.Alhaji Salami enjoined the peopel of the council area to co-operate with his administration and assist him with useful advice.Some of the projects inaugurated included borehole at Isale-Ola, asphaltic tarring of Okere palace premises, Ero Omo/Orogun road, among others.
