Wellington (AFP) - New Zealand won the toss and elected to bat first against the West Indies in their World Cup quarter-final at Westpac Stadium on Saturday as Chris Gayle was named in the starting line-up for the Caribbean side.The winner will play South Africa in the first semi-final at Eden Park in Auckland on Tuesday.
