Today, we fight for the farmer, today, we fight for Nigeria

Today this is not a discussion on cassava or a discussion on wheat, this is a discussion on national security; because the role of government is to keep its citizens now, and their children later, and their grandchildren much later, safe and secure. Our enemy today is poverty and unemployment. We must end our spiraling poverty and provide our people the means to lift themselves out of poverty.
