2011: A year of wanton killings, bomb explosions, tears

The year 2011, was one characterised by wanton killings and bomb explosions. Almost all the explosions, killed innocent |Nigerians and the Boko Haram sect was always quick take credit for each death. The year saw the death of several Youth Corp members. It was a year that almost tore to shred the slender thread of unity, holding Nigeria and Nigerians together.Many Nigerians wept for their loved ones, who were killed in bomb blasts. Many more buried their relations, while a few lucky ones, stayed with their maimed relations in hospitals, treating injuries caused by bomb explosion.
