It is imperative that a new human history be made to make humanity happy for being the children of the universe. Every soul in the universe desire happiness, though within a particular value system. Professor Fred Herzberg in his motivational theory, said that human efficiency is dependent upon to what extent the basic needs is met. In that wise, the human resource managers are forewarned that they should not expect miracles to occur from an ill-motivated workforce. Happiness is not something propelled by money and I have often said that the richest man in the world cannot certainly be the happiest man in the world. Oscillating from idealism to realism, there is no real rich man and neither is there in the world the ideal wealth.Great thinkers in every society must wake with great intellectual power and decide on the new history, whether it is to be written with the purple flood, water or blue colours. One great tree must be planted and this is the tree which must have the capacity to produce fruits which must go round the society. Every dweller of the society must partake of the fruits of this tree. I think and talk about one great society of humanity which is cohesive in thoughts and actions. First, thinkers may decide that the purple flood becomes the irreversible necessity because for the tree to be planted and be watered to grow, the tainted bloods must be used as the water for its growth. One thing which I hate to note is that, the people living inside the great towers are-many a time infected by chronic and virtually incurable diseases. One of such diseases is leprosy and as one knows, a leper is not allowed to live amongst humanity and by law; he has to be insulated for a life time. This is because; they live in a utopia that is devoid of reality.It is also synonymous that inside our ivory towers, some of them still behave as if infected by insanity, epilepsy and apopylepsy. This is my observation because for the past six decades I have lived upon this land where I always try to study human species, why they think and behave the way they do. To bring the evil towers down as done by God to the tower of Babel, that implies the revolutionary actions of the thinkers. I have never been euphemistic or sarcastic about revolution. I don't always call revolution alone I proceed to name the type of revolution. To the lay man, he only knows the word revolution and whereas the word revolution without its stipulative, coherent, descriptive and definitive value, it is going to be ambiguous. The reasons for the greatest revolutions in human history are usually caused by the contradictions within the value system though political scientists, philosophers and sociologists see revolution as being caused by social, political and economic problems. There is the need to reernphasise the moralistic essence of humanity, believing that many operators of the human systems are normally bedeviled by immorality. The few exceptions about bad rulers are those who really lack knowledge and the know-how of governance. This class knows their deficiencies and limitations, yet, ego keeps them gravitated to power. This class knows the way in and they should know the way out. In the wake of a Cultural Revolution in any society, any section which is not able to cope with the requirement of the new culture and its civilisation, will automatically fall off as rocks fall off from its cliffs. Operation of a Cultural Revolution demands great skill, knowledge, wisdom and operational efficiency. In the case of Nigeria, one can still remember that in 1950s, a section of Nigeria said that it was not ready for independence and another said that it was ready. The meeting point was still created for the two to meet for independence in 1960.In a Cultural Revolution, the culture which is ready and prepared for the new civilisation and universalism normally acquires great force which is to be derived from its cultural osmosis. There is then the great efflorescence, producing the centrifugal force. The meeting point under such condition is very remote because the homeostasis would have been removed because of the antagonistic contradictions.The lower culture regularly produces the subjective conditions while the advancing culture produces the objective conditions. The South of Nigeria cannot see any real reason why a group of human beings shall embark regularly on killing human beings because of religion or fighting for God. As one can know, God has never sent any human being to fight or kill innocent being for him or on his behalf. God is not an incompetent being. That singular attitude for 50 years now is sufficient for the break up of Nigeria.Thinkers may inadvertently decide to use the evolutionary tactics and that may imply sweating across one century whether they will be able to get the leader with the efficient dynamics that would be able to see the generation across the sea of time. The society is complex and dynamic and therefore, the culture dynamics must be well thought and scientifically mobilised. There is the fundamental law of the society and in the operational position of a cultural revolution; some of the simplest laws of history may militate against the projected objective conditions. In my books: Power Dynamics and Social Integration; and the Ideology for Cultural Revolution, I insisted under my theory, Ideological Humanism, not as Dialectical Materialism by Karl Marx, that any truly revolutionary transformation of any society must be by ideological determinism.
