Court affirms Tutare, El-Sudi as PDP candidates in Taraba

A Federal High Court in Yola yesterday affirmed Alh. Abubakar Tutare as the PDP senatorial candidate for Taraba central zone and Barr. Ibrahim El-Sudi as the House of Representatives candidate for Gassol constituency in todays election. Justice Saleh Musa Shuaibu while delivering his judgement in a suit filed by Tutare and El-Sudi    against Senator Dahiru Bako  Gasol, the party and the Independent National Electoral Commissions (INEC), warned the party against violating its order.
