Hayatou wishes Nigerien speedy recovery

CONFEDERATIONS of African Football (CAF) president, Issa Hayatou has on behalf of the African football family empathised with the Niger Football Federation concerning the injury suffered by midfielder Amadou Moutari during their Group C Africa Cup of Nations match against Gabon on Monday in Libreville.Moutari suffered a fracture of the fibula during the game following a challenge a few minutes after his entry into the game as a substitute in the second half.'On behalf of CAF, I wish him a speedy recovery, to come back for his national team and club as well,' Hayatou said in a statement.Gabon striker Stephane Nguema and Bruno Manga Ecuele already visited the midfielder at his team's hotel to express their sympathies.
