CPC slams INEC over Kogi, new election dates

The Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) has described the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on the governorship status of Kogi State and the new election dates for four states as impunity on the party of the Commission.A statement from the National Publicity Secretary of CPC, Rotimi Fashakin condemned the position of INEC that Capt. Idris Wada should be sworn in as governor of Kogi State.Also, the spokesperson of CPC observed that INEC had contacted the political parties in the past before election dates were fixed but stated that the commission could not do this now because it was playing out the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) scripts.
