Sandra Ononiwu is the owner of Sans Impressions, a beauty and makeover outfit. A representative of Tara beauty range of products (Orekelewa) by Tara Fela-Durotoye, Sandra had her professional training at Ewar Makeovers, Lagos. She tells GERALDINE AKUTU why she's into makeovers. What is your definition of style'It means different things to different people, but for me, it is one's unique identity or most comfortable appearance. Your inspiration It came from the desire to always look my best at all times, and also, the belief that every woman deserves to look good, no matter the background.Your role model(s) Ewar Makeovers, Banke Meshida, Bobbi Brown and other creative makeover artists. How did you come about the name of your outfit'I have always wanted a name that is simple and relevant to my business because I want to leave a lasting impression on my customers; so after some soul searching, I came up with Sans Impression coined from my name.What makes your work different from that of others'To be successful, you have to be distinct. I give special details and attention to my work, which is also a reflection of my style. Who are your clients'They cut across all social class.What type of product do you work with'Mac, Maybelline, Loreal, Mary Kay, Orekelewa by Tara and others. Three tips on how to make yourself beautifulHave a good shower every night and use a good moisturiser. For those with oily skin, wash your face and apply white powder; try as much as possible to keep your make up light during the day; use lip balm regularly to avoid cracked lips. Challenges It's always the problem of leaving Lagos for other states on business and sometimes, choosing a style for a client.
