Dakingari sacks Kebbi Sports Commissioner

KEBBI State governor, Alhaji Saidu Dakingari has authorised the removal of the states Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Alhaji Bashir Bala Koko with immediate effect.According to a press release signed by the Chief Press Secretary, Alhaji Abubakar Muazu Dakingari and made available to Tribunesports in Birnin Kebbi , it states that the Secretary to the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Ahmad Muhammad Sama signed theletter ofremoval .This was as result of former Commissioners recent pronouncement and misconduct contrary to his appointment as Commissioner and member of the state executive council, the statement said.The statement further directed the former Commissioner to hand over all government property in his possession to the permanent secretary in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, immediately .Nigerian Tribune gathered that, the former Commissioner Alhaji Bashir Bala Kokohas defected to Congress for progressive Congress {CPC] and was accused of unfavourable utterances and dredging wording against the state Government PDP led despite given the chance to served in the administration.
