QUESTION 1Warm regards to you Madam. I have read through the pages of your book on gemstones and stumbled onto one of the precious stones that are used to help stammerers. I am indeed interested in getting first hand information as regards this particular stone, its availability and if it truly works. I stammer and will be glad if I can actually manage it. It's quite challenging especially when you've got to deal with communicating in public. Thank you for your time as I anticipate your response.AnswerThank you very much for your inquiry. There are different causes of stammering and there are also different gemstones that can effectively be used to overcome them. There is a necklace that helps overcome stammering, comprising various gemstones. If you will like to have the necklace kindly contact us but if you prefer to have a gemstone you will need to come for consultation so we can determine which gemstone is appropriate for you.Question 2Dear Doc, I am 34 years old while my wife is 27, after we had our first child in April 2011, my wife had a boil on her left breast and my mother in-law, who was bed sitting then told her to continuously breast feed the baby with it. After some days, the boil disappeared. But after some months, I discovered that that particular breast has become excessively bigger than the other one. When I inquired from her, she said it was because she always breastfed the baby with it. Now my question is though she has not complained of any illness, can it be a sign of breast cancer' If yes, how and where can she go for diagnosis and treatment'AnswerThank you for your enquiry. Breast boils occur quite often during breast-feeding and your mother-in-law's advice to keep breastfeeding with it was a good one. If the affected breast now appears bigger than the other one, your wife should try palpating herself, i.e. gently feeling around the breast to see if there is a lump. If she finds one, I will advise she sees her gynaecologist for proper examination. If there is no lump she can apply a hot compress to the breast daily after breastfeeding for the day, by boiling a napkin in hot water, squeezing it dry and then placing the hot napkin on it.Instead of water she may also use castor oil, in this case she should always use the same napkin without washing it. This will help bring the size of the breast back to normal. However, if I may add, everything in life yields unconditionally and immutably to the law of nature, which stipulates that whatever aspect of our body is more cultivated gets bigger and the one less used is stunted. It may atrophy or even wither. Look at the legs of footballers or the arms of a boxer. These are sturdy. Compare them with those of sedentary workers. They are not as strong or healthy as those of the people, who exercise theirs, if there are no exaggerations in the exercises or the use, which may be subject of an essay on another day. A man who lies on the bed for three months without exercising his legs will have to learn to work again at the end of the day.We talk about large brain and small brain. The large brain which is the seat of the intellect is large because it is subjected to intensive use and pressure and the small one which is the spiritually receptive part, which we need for dreams and everyday guidance in addition to our intuition (inner tuition, inner instruction) or either acting independently, yet collaboratively, is subjugated out of our ignorance. We over cultivate one at the expense of the other, thus setting limit to our horizon. The intellect, which can only wander within space and time, is given undue emphasis and the hindbrain, which swings beyond time and space is relegated! So, every day we human beings fall from one error to another, calamitous in some cases, unknown to us that we have distorted our brains, which are meant to be of the same sizes. The chaos and confusion everywhere in the world is traceable to this distortion! The depth of the Holy Words cannot be grasped by the intellect. We are, therefore, shut out of guidance and left to our own devices, which we can reason out! Back to your question, therefore, once you have ascertained there is no lump in the breast, do not entertain any fear, the large breast is merely obeying the law of development, which is a precipitation of the law of nature as explained in the foregoing.Question 3Good day. You published in a recent The Guardian (Thursday, January 26, 2012) about immersing diamond in water and drinking some to loosen and remove blockages from blood veins and arteries. What type of diamond and how can it be sourced' What is the right procedure to adopt in the preparation'AnswerThe diamond referred to in the article is the raw natural diamond that looks like a dirty piece of stone. You can obtain the raw diamond from our health shop in Port-Harcourt or from any other reliable sources. The procedure for preparation is as described in the article, you can prepare the diamond elixir using a 250ml glass of water or a one-litre glass jug. For the glass, leave to stand for at least 4 hours before drinking and for the jug, allow it to stand for 24 hrs before drinking and refilling.Question 4Where can I find the raw diamond, because I am interested in your recent write -up in The Guardian. Could I find it in a shop or market or where else' Does it have side effect.Answer:It does not have any side effects.Question 5Hello Madam, I started reading your column mid-Oct and really think it's informative. I will like to ask a few questions if you don't mind.1. I am an average-sized lady with good weight and height. But I have a bulging stomach, I have tried all sorts including exercises and eating fruits and vegetables and very light meals for about two months now and there doesn't seem to be any real change. Please is there something I am doing wrong'2. I read a newsletter, which talked a little about detoxification. What is and why detoxify' Now just about how many times in a month or year should it be done and could you please give natural ways of doing these as some of the supplements mentioned are expensive or better still which are the ones the common man can use without spending too much just in case he can't keep up with buying expensive supplements'Lastly, your write-up on breathing, which you apologised was published on a Friday instead of Thursday, I have not been able to lay my hands on that copy, is there any possibility of you sending it to me by email' I would be really grateful many thanks and kind regards.AnswerThanks. Bulging stomach is mainly caused by late night eating. Try having your last meal for the day before 7.00 p.m. and you should notice a difference. It is also possible that the energy centre (chakra) located at your navel is blocked. Try doing the five rites already published in my article 'Stress and Exercise 3' and it should help de-block your navel chakra so that the fat stored in your belly can be combusted.Detoxification of the digestive system is recommendable for every adult. This should be done preferably once a year in spring from February ' April. While detoxification of the liver is best done in autumn from September ' November. You may do your detoxification with herbs such as Artichoke leaves, Burdock roots, milk thistle fruits, mauve leaves or even dandelion roots. In future Health Gardens will be offering detox cures. The article in question, 'Stress and Exercise 2' will be republished very soon on a Thursday, subject to the approval of the editor. If it is permitted you will see it, so watch out for it although I must state that my editor has been gracious to publish it a week after the one you missed, this time on a Thursday.
