Emenike scores twice in club win

SUPER Eagles striker Emmanuel Emenike scored twice to earn Spartak Moscow a 2-2 draw with Spanish club Malaga in his club's last lap of preparation before the resumption of the Russian league.The former Karabukspur and Fenerbahce of Turkey forward scored in the 31st and 42nd minutes, drawing his team level on both occasions.The powerful striker has been consistent in front of goal since joining Spartak last summer and he is set to extend his fine run when the league play-offs begin on March 3.He will come face-to-face with his compatriot Obafemi Martins in the first game of the Russian championship play-offs. "Whenever I score goals, I am always happy, both goals show my readiness for the play offs and the league proper. I want to keep scoring for Spartak,' Emenike told MTNFootball.com'My spirit is high. I just joined the team in few days and I am back scoring goals. It is good we did not lose. It has raised our morale more."Emenike has scored 10 goals in13 appearances so far for his Russian Premier League side.
