This 'Gotham' actor just dropped a sinister-looking bomb on fans all but confirming him as The Joker

Cameron Monaghan.The Hollywood Reporter tipped us off Wednesday night to this menacing Instagram photo he posted below:#GothamA photo posted by Cameron Monaghan (@cameronmonaghan) on Jul 8, 2015 at 3:15pm PDTAccording to The Hollywood Reporter, fans had an inkling this was coming after Monaghan's creepy introduction on the show last season. They also note that Showrunner Bruno Heller told them the next season would have a ton of Joker in it, and tell the villain's back story.As Comic Book Resources notes, right now Monaghan is being listed as playing a character named "Jerome." But that is likely to change with this news.While it's not official confirmation, the writing is on the wall here, just look at that sinister-looking pale faced smile.And if for whatever reason that doesn't convince you, just watch this clip of Monaghan in last season's 'Gotham.'
